The Grizzlies do not intend to rebuild, per Chris Mannix. He reported they believe the Ja–Jaren tandem is “the foundation of a contender” and expect a return to health will lead to wins. The team is “not looking to sell Morant,” but to use available assets, including first-round picks from the Bane trade, to add pieces around him.
