Cleveland signed Stuart Fairchild to a minor league contract with a non-roster spring invite. The 29-year-old journeyman hit .216 with Atlanta last season and brings speed, defense and versatility across all outfield spots. A former 38th overall pick, Fairchild adds depth as the AL Central champs continue rounding out the roster after an 88-74 season.
