“He Did Not Punch Me”: Rashee Rice’s Attorney Responds to Ex-Girlfriend’s Lawsuit

“Ms. Jones stated under the penalty of perjury in an affidavit for non-prosecution that ‘Mr. Rice and I had a verbal argument, but he did not punch me,” Rashee’s attorney Sean Lindsey released a statement. The suit, filed Monday, says Rice punched walls, destroyed property, and broke furniture while also locking her out of their apartment at night. “We will allow the legal process to run its course,” the statement added.
