Perkins said on a recent podcast that Shedeur is the “most powerful black man since 2009. That's when President Obama got elected into office.” The former Cavalier added, “Shedeur's bringing the whole black community together... [He's] arrogant, but [he's] humble too,” after Shedeur became the first rookie to win a game in his first start for the Browns since 1995.
