Henry Ruggs III has officially begun the parole process while serving his prison sentence for a 2021 DUI crash that killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor. The former Las Vegas Raiders receiver recently appeared before Nevada’s parole board and said, “Not a minute goes by where I don’t think of the pain I caused.” Ruggs becomes eligible for parole on Aug. 5, 2026, after serving part of his three-to-10-year sentence.
