Darryl Peterson III and Darryn Peterson became the first brothers to enter the NFL and NBA in the same calendar year. Darryl signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent following his Wisconsin career. Days later, Darryn was selected No. 2 overall by the Utah Jazz. Darryl appeared in 53 games at Wisconsin, while Darryn was the second pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.
