Hunter Greene’s Season Ends With Second Tommy John Surgery
Hunter Greene underwent his second Tommy John surgery Wednesday after doctors found a damaged UCL in his right elbow. The Reds right-hander faces a 12-to-18-month recovery, ruling him out for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027. Greene, an All-Star in 2024, made only five starts this season after returning from March elbow surgery.
