Mario Cristobal said Miami is “very hopeful” Scott can return from a foot injury for Hurricanes’ first-round CFP matchup vs Texas A&M, but admitted, “We’re not sure, he’s trending in the right direction.” Scott, Miami’s primary nickelback, posted 44 tackles, 10 TFLs, 3 sacks and a pick-six before missing the final 3 games.
