“I Take Full Responsibility”: Henry Ruggs III Requests Early Release From Prison
Former Raiders WR Henry Ruggs III appeared before a Nevada Parole Board panel to request release from his three-to-ten-year prison sentence. "I take full responsibility for my actions that led to Ms. Tintor's death and her dog, Max. I know I can never alleviate the pain I have caused,” he pleaded. Ruggs was convicted of a 2021 DUI crash where he drove 156 mph while intoxicated, killing 23-year-old Tina Tintor.
