Indiana Governor Says Bears Stadium Plans Are in the 'Red Zone'

The Chicago Bears are moving closer to a potential new stadium in Indiana, with Gov. Mike Braun saying negotiations are now "in the red zone." Braun said a deal for a proposed $5 billion domed stadium and mixed-use development in Hammond has made significant progress, though he cautioned, "Until you ink it, it's not done."
