Indianapolis Colts Pushing To Sign Daniel Jones Before Tag Deadline

The Colts are trying to sign Daniel Jones before Tuesday’s 4:00 p.m. ET franchise tag deadline, with Adam Schefter calling the chances “50/50.” Indianapolis could tag him at $43.895 million or use the $37.833 million transition tag. Jones signed a one-year, $14 million deal last year and is recovering from a torn Achilles.
