Realmuto left Saturday’s NL East game against Atlanta with lower back tightness, the Phillies announced, after going 0-for-2 against Chris Sale. Rafael Marchán replaced him in the seventh at Citizens Bank Park. One of Philadelphia’s better right-handed bats, Realmuto entered with a .280 average and .748 OPS.
