Fatu revealed WWE originally planned to debut him as “Caesar Sikoa” before Triple H changed course at the last minute. Recalling the moment before his June 2024 SmackDown arrival, Fatu said he still had not heard his music or final name. Then, he remembered, Triple H turned and told him, “You’re going to be Jacob Fatu.”
