Jaguars Make Ross Matiscik NFL’s Highest-Paid Long Snapper
According to NFL Network, the Jaguars have signed long snapper Ross Matiscik to a two-year extension worth $3.8 million in new money, making him the NFL's highest-paid player at the position. Matiscik has earned three straight Pro Bowl selections and two first-team All-Pro honors since joining Jacksonville as an undrafted free agent in 2020. He has certainly established himself as one of the league's top specialists.
