Jamal Murray “Would Rather Go on Vacation” if the All-Star Game Isn’t Competitive
Murray stated that he's lost interest in the All-Star game since players stopped competing and would rather go on vacation if they played like that. "I’m a competitor. I’d like to play. I want to be known as somebody who’s gonna play hard every time," Murray said. He added that he's even fine with playing one-on-one at the All-Star game.

Knicks Aren’t Showing Aggression for Giannis Because They “Believe in This Team”
Brian Windhorst said New York isn’t pushing hard for Giannis before the deadline. “The Knicks believe in this team.” He noted they didn’t make an aggressive offer when Giannis was loosely available last summer, and a real bid now would require a three- or four-team trade. He added that level of aggression “is just not happening” right now.

Gilbert Arenas Says Chet Holmgren Is a “Third Option” and Shouldn’t Be an All-Star
Arenas argued Holmgren’s All-Star case is thin despite OKC’s record. “Nothing against Chet but 17, 8, and 7… your team is number one… But again, it’s a third option.” He said fans pay to see first options like Kawhi Leonard or James Harden, called Holmgren “up and down,” and blamed such picks for players not going hard there.

Stephen A. Smith: Pistons “Scare the Living Hell Out of Me,” Not Buying Knicks Hype Yet
Smith said Knicks’ six-game win streak hasn’t sold him on Finals run because Detroit has changed East math. “Pistons scare the living hell out of me… They don't just want to win, they want Knicks,” he said, pointing to a Knicks loss in Detroit “by 30.” He added he’s still “not overly confident” because Pistons are “the team to beat.”
