James Franklin Defends Indoor Heating Upgrade At Virginia Tech

“You guys have already heard, we’re going to do the indoor,” Franklin said of installing heating in Virginia Tech’s Beamer-Lawson facility. “I have never been in an indoor facility that does not have heating.” He added, “Freezing cold conditions increase the likelihood of soft tissue injuries.” Franklin called it critical for development, safety and recruiting.
