James Wood, José Soriano Earn First Career Weekly Honors

Wood was unanimously named NL Player of the Week after batting .545 with three homers, eight RBIs, 12 hits and two steals in six games. Soriano earned AL honors after going 2-0 with a 0.60 ERA and 20 strikeouts in two starts. MLB made the announcement on MLB Network, giving both players their first career weekly awards.
