“I want to stay healthy the whole year,” Wood said. “I want to play every game.” The Nationals outfielder said offseason work with the training staff has his “body in a good spot,” adding, “If I’m healthy and I can play, I want to be in the lineup.” Last season, he averaged .256 with 31 HR in 157 games.
