Jarrett Allen Confident Cavs Can Beat Knicks in ECF Game 1 at Madison Square Garden

Despite playing game 1 of the ECF at Madison Square Garden, Allen is confident the Cavs can win. "We know it's going to be a loud environment, we know that their fans are incredible fans. But we know that we can do it," Allen said, highlighting how they beat the Pistons in game 7 on their home court.
