Kelce said that if a team’s signals are so poorly managed that the other side can steal them, the blame squarely falls on that team, while discussing Belichick’s Spygate scandal and his first-ballot HOF snub. Kelce added that Belichick was disciplined for Spygate and that should have been the end, noting that other coaches also use tricks to gain an advantage.
