Jets Donate $1M to Launch Nation’s Largest Women’s College Flag Football League

Jets owner Woody Johnson has granted $1 million to the ECAC to launch the nation’s largest women’s collegiate flag football league in 2026. Johnson said the goal is expanding access and creating a pathway from college to Olympic. The 7-on-7 season will run February to May, ending with a championship at MetLife Stadium. The Jets have invested in girls’ flag football since 2011.
