Butler said that taking care of the body is the most key aspect of maintaining athleticism while aging. "Keep stretching. Recovery, recovery, recovery. Lots of sleep," Butler said. He added that while with his kids, he may sacrifice some of that sleep. Butler said that, while rare, he will show off his athleticism and that he still "jump a little."
