JJ Redick Admits He Can't Play Ayton In The 4th In Game 3
During a possession stretching from 9:29 to 8:54 in 4Q, Ayton missed out on multiple defensive rebounds and ended up giving Ajay Mitchell an and-1 layup. This push was even reviewed for a Flagrant 1 but the criteria wasn't met. JJ was seen mouthing, "I can't play him," about Ayton to his assistant coaches. Ayton was subbed out.
