JJ Redick Recalls Best Duke Performance One Day Before Kobe Bryant Dropped 81 Points
Redick fondly remembered Kobe as an insane basketball player that "we all worship." He continued, "We went into that game 17-0, number 1 in the country and got our butts kicked." Although Duke made a 4th quarter run and brought it within one possession, they lost 87-84 on January 21st, 2006. Redick's 41-point game wasn't enough.

Luka Doncic Says There “Shouldn’t Be Any Excuses” About Long Road Trips
With an 8-game road trip upcoming for the Lakers, Doncic said that players shouldn't treat it any different than home games. "We're getting paid to do this. Shouldn't be any excuses," Doncic said. He added that although there will be a lot of travelling around for the Lakers, he loves this side of the game as well.

Rui Hachimura Says Lakers’ Zone “Was Great” in Big Win Over Raptors
After beating Raptors on back end of a back-to-back, Hachimura credited Lakers’ zone for a top defensive night. “Our zone was great today,” he said, adding communication “from the bench, the coaching staff and the players” fueled the stretch. He said JJ stressed staying connected “win, lose,” and called Tuesday’s trip to Denver “a big game” as he regains rhythm.
