Joe Gibbs Racing's Aric Almirola Wins Major Honor After Stellar Xfinity Season

41-year-old Almirola, who retired from Cup racing in 2023, won the Part-Time Driver of the Year Award at the Grand National Bash. The #19 driver won the owners' championship for JGR on the back of three wins and eight top-fives in 17 Xfinity races. Almirola, who has 10 wins in the Xfinity Series, last raced for Stewart-Haas Racing in Cup.
