Texas Tech head coach Joey McGuire revealed wide receiver Micah Hudson was not on scholarship last season and had to walk on in 2025. “Micah Hudson walked on last year,” McGuire said. “We just put him back on scholarship.” McGuire added Hudson also had to earn his jersey number back after returning to the program.
