Deuce Gruden set a national bench press record in Las Vegas, lifting 219.5 kg (483.9 lbs) in the 83 kg Open Raw division. “My son Deuce broke the powerlifting record last night,” Jon Gruden proudly wrote on X. The lift earned Deuce, who is also the Raiders' Strength and Conditioning Coach, a Powerlifting America national record after clearing the mark on his third attempt.
