Jon Gruden wants to return to broadcasting, but this time as a play-by-play announcer. “I want to be play-by-play,” Gruden said on The Ira Kaufman Podcast. “I had nine years of watching these guys — Mike Tirico. And I’d like to give that a shot.” Gruden previously spent nine seasons as ESPN’s Monday Night Football analyst between NFL coaching stints.
