Jonathon Cooper’s Attorney Accuses Judiciary of Racial Bias

“White woman admits she was the aggressor. She grabbed my client’s phone out of his hand. Admits she threw it against the wall. Charges dismissed against white woman. Prosecution against Black man continues. Justice in America,” Cooper’s attorney, Harvey Steinberg, said. Cooper and his girlfriend were accused of domestic violence. Steinberg argued the charges against Cooper should be dismissed because of ‘unequal treatment’.
