Judge Denies Joey Aguilar’s Injunction, QB Ineligible for 2026

A Tennessee judge denied QB Joey Aguilar’s preliminary injunction against the NCAA, rendering him ineligible for 2026. Aguilar, who threw for 3,565 yards and 24 TDs in 2025, argues junior college seasons shouldn’t count toward eligibility.
