Judge In Aspiration Fraud Case Goes At Joseph Sanberg
Sanberg has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for defrauding investors for $248 million. He previously pleaded guilty to two counts of wire fraud. During his sentencing, Judge Stephen V. Wilson called this case "among the worst I've ever seen" while adding "this case has touched almost every badge of fraud". Sanberg merely said, "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry."
