Former Giants and Cardinals lineman Justin Pugh says he has been named commissioner of the Italian Football League, adding “the timing couldn’t be better.” Pugh said he won’t move to Italy but will help “build the league from the outside in.” Calling Europe’s growth a “golden era,” he added, “Italy is one of the most compelling opportunities.
