Four-time All-Star Plum is returning to the Los Angeles Sparks on a one-year, $999,999 deal, per Shams Charania. Plum was in line for the $1.4 million supermax but opted for a discounted rate to give the Sparks financial flexibility to build a title-contending roster. She averaged 19.5 points and 5.7 assists last season.
