Shams Charania reported that Kendrick Perkins has accepted the role of being Jackson State University's GM. Additionally, he will serve as a connection for their broadcasting and journalism program. "I'm thankful for this opportunity to impact young lives and pour back into my community," Perkins said. He will add the new GM role to his current ESPN responsibilities.
