Smith said Shaq once picked up his 6-year-old from Houston preschool without warning. “Oh, Shaquille picked him up,” school staff told Smith, who didn’t have Shaq’s number. After calls through his wife, Smith reached him: “We’re at the mall. We’re going shopping.” Shaq returned Kenny’s son with “a haircut” plus bags of clothes and sneakers. Smith said, “That was crazy.”
