“The Sacramento Kings have been ‘trying very hard’ to trade Malik Monk this offseason, but they haven’t found a taker,” a source told Grant Afseth. Sacramento wants to open a roster spot for Westbrook, who is an unrestricted free agent. The Kings plan to sign him and bring the former MVP off the bench behind Dennis Schröder.
