Ian Begley reported that the Knicks had UConn’s Alex Karaban and St. John’s Dillon Mitchell in for pre-draft workouts. The Knicks have the 24th, 31st, and 55th picks in the 2026 NBA Draft. Having just won a title, they could definitely bring in some impactful and experienced pieces and more proven college players in the Draft as rotation pieces.

A’ja Wilson Pleased With Aces’ Defensive Efforts in Win vs. Mercury
Wilson stated that the Aces had a good defensive showing in their 86-76 win vs. Mercury, especially in the second half. "I think we did a really good job of containing a good Mercury team," Wilson said. She added that the Aces had their brains on defensively and got the steals and blocks they needed to shut Phoenix down.
