Kroenke, SoFi Stadium Added to UCLA–Rose Bowl Lawsuit

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment and SoFi Stadium have been added to Pasadena’s lawsuit accusing UCLA of trying to abandon its Rose Bowl lease, which runs through 2044. The amended complaint alleges Kroenke knowingly interfered and coordinated with UCLA to breach the deal “with malice,” opening the door to possible punitive damages. Pasadena now stands to force UCLA to stay, or collect major compensation.
