The Hoffmann Family of Cos. unveiled Pandion Club, a golf-only private club near Estero on the former Old Corkscrew site, tapping architect Kyle Phillips for a heathland-style course inspired by Colt and Simpson. Tentative plan: par-71, 7,220 yards, with expansive practice grounds and a low-country clubhouse. Membership will cap at 280. Target opening: late 2027. Name nods to the osprey.
