The Dolphins are hiring Kyle Smith as their assistant GM. Smith most recently held the same title in Atlanta. This move is part of a broader front-office overhaul under the Dolphins’ newly appointed general manager, Jon-Eric Sullivan. Earlier, the Dolphins also hired former Bills special-teams coordinator Chris Tabor as their special-teams coordinator.
