Kylian Mbappe Could Be Out For the Season With a ‘Semitendinosus Muscle Injury’

Mbappe was substituted in the closing stages of Real’s 1-1 draw at Betis last week. “Following tests carried out today, he [Mbappe] has been diagnosed with a semitendinosus muscle injury in his left leg. His recovery will be monitored,” the club confirmed. The hamstring injury has cast a doubt over the French star’s preparations for the World Cup as well.
