Lakers Believe They’re on a ‘Very Short List’ of Giannis’ Preferred Trade Destinations
ESPN reported Lakers team sources believe L.A. would be on a “very short list” if he asks out of Milwaukee. A Western Conference exec called him the “big prize” the Lakers hope to land. There is no guarantee Giannis asks for a trade, but if talks open, L.A.’s package would be built around three future first-round picks.

Giannis sees himself as a winner and as someone who is loyal. He does however, think about brighter lights. "As a kid growing up, you dream, 'Oh what if I play for the Knicks , Madison Square Garden.
