Lawrence Frank on Ivica Zubac: “We Didn’t Want to Trade Him”

Frank said the Clippers never wanted to move Zubac, calling him a “pillar” of the franchise who grew into an All-NBA caliber player. On Indiana talks, he said, “We don’t want to trade him, we didn’t want to trade him,” but added they had to consider any offer “too good to say no to” if it improved the team’s future.
