LeBron James Credits Accountability as the Cornerstone of His Leadership Style
"That just comes with the territory of being a leader," James said on Mind the Game. "When you're the leader and guys run through a wall for you, the least thing you could do is be accountable. Hold yourself accountable and take accountability when you mess up." James enters free agency this summer after the Lakers were swept by OKC.
