Liam Hendriks Lands Twins Minor League Deal After Injury-Plagued Red Sox Run

Hendriks agreed to a minor league deal with Minnesota, returning to the club he debuted with from 2011-13 after two injury-hit Red Sox seasons. He signed for $10M while rehabbing Tommy John, missed 2024, then logged 14 outings (6.59 ERA) in 2025 before abdominal and elbow issues led to September nerve surgery. Boston declined his $12M option, paying $2M.
