LSU QB Garrett Nussmeier Discussed as Long-Term Replacement for Matthew Stafford

The Rams continue to evaluate their future at the position with Stafford turning 38, and have already brought Nussmeier in for a private workout, along with the Cowboys and Jets. In his two seasons as a starter at LSU, Nussmeier posted a 65.8% completion rate, 5,979 passing yards, 41 TDs, and 17 INTs. Nussmeier’s 2025 season was slowed by injuries.
