With Nikola Jokic and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander considered top contenders, Doncic was expected to be the third name, having averaged 33.5ppg, 7.7rpg and 8.3apg this season. Fans on X protested his snub. One said, "The media never considers Luka as an option. 😢" Another said, "Where’s Luka wtf."
