Menzies said WWE’s Brawling Brutes never became a priority, even after Sheamus, Pete Dunne and himself got over organically. He said Sheamus’ babyface run grew from the group’s chemistry, but WWE failed to capitalize. Menzies admitted he struggled advocating for himself and felt WWE resisted momentum that was “not in the plan,” despite big matches on TV.
