Manny Machado Hails AJ Preller for Getting Nick Castellanos for 'Pennies'

“Talk about getting a $20 million player for pennies on the dollar,” Machado said, calling it a “win-win” and joking that it “deserves an extension for AJ [Preller].” On Castellanos, he added, “Nick and I, we go way back… born and raised in Miami,” saying they’ve played together since childhood. “Now we’re here living every kid’s dream,” Machado said.
