Marc Mero Confirms Death Of WCW Star Van Hammer At 66

Van Hammer, real name Mark Ty Hildreth, has died at 66, with Marc Mero announcing the news and calling him “a fighter in every sense of the word.” Best known for his WCW run from 1991-95 and later stints with The Flock and Misfits in Action, Hammer last wrestled in 2009. An autopsy is pending.
